Download the file, extract it to any folder, and execute LiarTrick.exe !
If “Windows has protected your PC” is displayed, press the “Details” button and then “execute” to start the game.

As for the Mac version, we have not confirmed the operation because it is a test build. If anyone can play on Mac, please report it on this page!
